Ward Jennings, Proprieter
Ward has been working in the automotive field for over 30 years, the last 22 of which have been running his own shop. Prior to that, he worked in various German specialist shops and with automotive engineering companies. As much as he enjoys getting under the hood of vehicles, Ward also relishes the unique challenge of running a business.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him with his family: wife, Terri, son, Austin, and daughter, Kate. Ward also enjoys sailing, motorcycling, squash and carpentry.

Darek Kwiatkowski,
Service Manager/ Customer Service
Our talented and personable service writer Darek has been a fixture at our shop for about 11 years, and has been in the automotive field for a over 13 years. He attended automotive school in Poland and specialized in Volkswagen, Porsche and Audi repairs. “I like the friendly environment and professionalism here at W. Jennings Company,” says Darek .

He and his wife, Agata, have two daughters: Natalie and Gabriela. Besides spending time with his family, Darek also enjoys motorcycles, boating, and sports.

Milton Marrero, Parts Manager, Customer Service
While Milton just recently joined W. Jennings Company within the year, his experience in car parts and customer service extends back eleven years. Milton’s natural aptitude with computers allows him to research the best prices for parts up to the minute, allowing W. Jennings Company to pass that value onto customers. When Milton isn’t researching parts availability and pricing, he enjoys building race cars and working with computers.

William “Billy” Godo, Techniciam
Billy has been working on vehicles for 21 years, the last 12 with W. Jennings Company. He’s a graduate of Porter and Chester Automotive Institute and also has dealership training on Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche. When asked what he likes best at W. Jennings Company, Billy has plenty to say: “family atmosphere, car-specific tools, and the customers know you by name and face.” Billy is married to Kelly and they share their home with their two cats, Jeter and Richie.

When he’s not working on cars, Billy likes to go fishing and mountain biking. He also enjoys woodworking, and going to movies. He’s also a certified Yankees nut! If you love baseball, ask for Billy.

Daniel Durgy, Technician
Dan is the newest member of our team and a recent graduate of Porter and Chester Institute for Automotive Technology. Asked what he likes about working here, Daniel said, “I like working in a smaller shop rather than a big dealership. It’s more personal and my co-workers are great.”
When Daniel’s not under the hood of a car, he enjoys playing with his dog, Candy, playing billiards, and going to the movies. Of course in his spare time he likes working on his Camaro, too!

Neil Swanson, Technician
As our most experienced technician with an impressive track record, Neil has been in car repair since 1973. While he began his career at Nissan and Audi dealerships, over time his focus has evolved toward European car repair, especially Volkswagen and Volvo.
 
After two years with W. Jennings Company, Neil appreciates the advantages of being with an independent repair shop: “The atmosphere with customers and other team members is more personal. Unlike the dealerships, there is more direct human contact and you get to see every link in the chain.” Neil’s interests outside of work include time with his family as well as music and photography.

Rich DiGuiseppi, Technician
Rich’s nine years of experience in car repair is enhanced by his extensive family legacy in the business: His grandfather and father were both technicians. He is the newest addition to the W. Jennings Company team, and has quickly made himself at home: “The environment here is very friendly—customers and staff all around.” With a background in Lexus and Toyota repair, Rich is our designated expert in Japanese cars. Outside of work, Rich looks forward to a day on the slopes with his snowboard.
